JACK JOHNS VOICE OF THE MOHIGANS

Morgantown High Basketball and Football fans follow the action easier thanks to this familiar voice. A 1956 graduate of MHS, Jack also calls the action of the West Virginia University women's bssketball team and is the interior press box announcer at Mountaineer Field.

In 1966 Jack was honored with the Proficiency Award by the Morgantown Touchdown Club for his excellence in the field of athletics and good sportsmanship.

Mr. John's wife, Barbara, is a secretary at MHS. Their children-Brian, a Fairmont State graduate in English and Business Administration, and Beverly, a WVU School of Pharmacy graduate- attended MHS.

Morgantown High School thanks Mr. Johns for the volunteer time he donates to his Alma Mater.
